Terms of Service

Plain-language terms for full-service junk removal and Drop & Haul. Last updated September 2026.

Prices

Full-service jobs are priced by the space used in our trailer plus the listed surcharges on the pricing page. A price from photos is an estimate; the final price is confirmed on site before we load anything. Dump fees, labor and travel inside Pinellas County are included. Hillsborough County addresses carry the disposal surcharge shown on the pricing page.

Drop & Haul

Drop & Haul is a debris removal service. We deliver a Company-owned container (a 7 by 14 foot dump trailer), decide its placement on your private driveway or paved surface, leave it for the included service period, then haul and dispose of the contents. This is not a rental. You do not take possession of or control over the container, and you may not move, tow, hitch or relocate it. The included period and disposal allowance, extra days, extra weight, swaps and same-day delivery are priced on the Drop & Haul page. Load only to the top of the sides, keep heavy material to half the container and under two tons total, and keep it covered when not loading.

What we cannot take

Wet paint, stains and solvents; Chemicals, pesticides and pool chemicals; Gasoline, diesel and motor oil; Propane tanks and compressed gas; Batteries of any kind; Fluorescent tubes and bulbs; Asbestos or suspected asbestos; Medical and biohazard waste. If a prohibited item is found in a load we may leave it at the service address, charge the actual disposal cost plus a $50 handling fee, or refuse the load until it is removed.

Ownership of contents

Everything you load or ask us to haul becomes our property when it leaves. We donate and recycle what we can. Do not load anything you want back.

Access, site and responsibility

Keep a clear path and tell us about anything that must not be touched. We protect floors and door frames and use boards under the container jacks; normal placement on asphalt or concrete can leave marks that are not our responsibility. We are responsible for damage we cause through carelessness. You are responsible for what goes into the container, for keeping people off it, and for damage caused by overloading or prohibited items. Our liability under these terms is limited to the price of the job.

Payment

Full-service jobs are due on completion. Drop & Haul package prices are due at booking; extra days, weight, handling and attempt fees are due at pickup. Business accounts may be approved for net-30 invoicing.

Cancellation

Full-service: free up to two hours before the arrival window; a trip where nothing can be removed is $75. Drop & Haul: full refund more than 24 hours before the drop, $50 within 24 hours, and the package price is earned once the container is placed.

Storms and emergencies

If a tropical storm or hurricane watch or warning is issued for the service county, we may pick up a container early, loaded or not, and return when it is safe. During a declared state of emergency our prices follow Florida Statute 501.160; increases are limited to documented cost changes.
